• If you have not received an email, try signing up again with chrome or firefox, check you spam, promotions, and social media folders. Also make sure you're not unsubscribed from our email list. Lastly, you can reset your account with the "forgot password" link at the login section of our website. After you've exhausted those, then reach out to us at [email protected]
• Assessments required by due date to receive observation hours.
• Assessments will be completed and submitted inside the course.
• Observation hours verification form will be sent to your email after the assignment is complete.
• Your hours are verified when you receive your verification form from us. You will take that form and upload that to PTCAS. We will NOT verify observation hour requests through the PTCAS observation hour portal. Aka we won't verify hours through an email from PTCAS. Your hours are verified through the form we give you. Take that form and upload it to PTCAS.
• Hours can be uploaded form by form, or combined into PDFs to reduce the number of forms to be uploaded.
• Upload the verification hours pdf form provided by Pre PT Grind. It will have all the information you need from us to verify your hours. You fill out the rest.
• You will have 48 hrs to complete the assignment. The opening of the case study will be announced well in advance for you to complete the assignment around your schedule
• Updates on subsequent virtual observation hours will be announced in the facebook group, by email, and on Pre PT Grind's social media platforms.
